01 Raw Material Selection

Premium quality aluminum materials are carefully selected for their excellent heat conductivity, ensuring even heat distribution and optimal cooking performance across the entire cookware range.

02 Melting

The aluminum materials are heated to their melting point, transforming them into a liquid state. This process ensures the precise control of temperature and purity, which is critical for achieving the desired cookware characteristics.

03 Die Casting

The molten aluminum is poured into a high-pressure die casting machine, which forms the liquid metal into the desired cookware shape. This process ensures consistent wall thickness and dimensional accuracy for each piece.

04 Trimming

Excess aluminum material around the edges of the cookware is removed using cutting tools, providing a clean and uniform finish. This step is essential for maintaining the precise design specifications and overall aesthetic appeal.

05 Recycling

The cleaning process removes dust and contaminants from the surface of the cookware. The cookware is sprayed with water to remove loose debris, immersed in a cleaning solution to remove dirt and contaminants, rinsed with water, and dried with hot air blowers to ensure a clean and smooth surface.

06 Edge Polishing

The cookware edges are polished using specialized machinery to create a smooth and even finish. This process not only improves the cookware’s appearance but also ensures safety and comfort during use.

07 Bottom Layer Application

An additional layer is applied to the cookware bottom, providing compatibility with various stovetops, including induction. This process ensures optimal heat distribution and efficient cooking performance.
